TIME’s 2023 Best Inventions​ list will recognize 200 inventions that are making the world better, smarter, and even a bit more fun. The inventions featured will range from the world-changing—such as trailblazing climate and green-energy technology—to the entertaining, like new gaming consoles and toys. They will represent a wide array of categories, including consumer electronics, apps and software, beauty, design, and more. Past inventions have included the L’Oréal Colorsonic, HyperX Cloud Alpha Wireless Headset, NASA Space Launch System​ and the Tastee Tape.*
